Our story

Founded in 2024 by Kaitlyn Gilliland as a new home for Loyce Houlton’s Nutcracker Fantasy, A Dancer’s Place Productions began as a space for local dancers to gather, grow, and perform.

We connect historic dance works with fresh creative perspectives to present performance experiences that nurture artistic development, engage and inspire audiences, and shape the evolving legacy of dance in the Twin Cities.

We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit performing arts organization.
