Sept 19 & 20 Drop-off/Pick-Up Procedures - Hennepin Center for the Arts

All LHNF rehearsals this Saturday and Sunday will be held at Hennepin Center for the Arts (528 Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis).

This is the building on the corner of N Sixth St and Hennepin Ave next to The Cowles Center.

Rehearsals will be on the 4th Floor.

Drop-off:

• Dancers should arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before rehearsal. We will not have staff on site before this time. 

• The entry door to HCA is on the left side of N Sixth Street between Hennepin Ave and N First Ave. You may pull up to the left side of the street close to Hennepin Avenue and drop off your dancer.

• Please watch your dancer enter the building, but do not linger afterward so we can keep traffic moving. Designated chaperones will be waiting in the lobby to greet your dancer. 

• If you would like to park and stay for rehearsal, there is limited space in the lobby and/or parents may sit in the 4th Floor hallway.

Pick-up:

• Pick-up will be at the same location as drop-off. If your dancer is not ready when you arrive, you may have to drive around the block.

• All dancers, including dancers who drive themselves, must sign out with an authorized chaperone at the end of rehearsal. 

• The doors to enter the building will lock at 5:00pm each day. 

• No dancer is permitted to exit the building out of the back stairway. All dancers MUST take the elevator down to the building lobby.
